Full exterior remodel, from original 1978 cedar to Hardi siding with cedar details. Reconfigured size and placement of 6 street facing windows, using Marvin fiberglass on entire home. New metal insulated garage doors. Custom 42" wood front door, with mortised cassette Emtek hardware. Removed all 4 exterior lights for a LED aluminum channel soffit strip, color changing, and full cedar soffits. 6" facia style gutters. Replaced landscape and sprinklers.
