Mt Tabor Whole Home

This well situated home at the top of Mt. Tabor was really looking for modernization and a refresh. We altered kitchen, added powder bath, reconfigured deck, added a legal bedroom in basement, replaced discovered water damaged framing, leveled sun room floor 2", added modern fireplace, skimmed all cracked plaster on main floor, added new hardwoods at kitchen, wired and plumbed everything, added AC, reconfigured top floor after complete gut job, added cold air return at top floor, added attic storage with pull down stairs, shot closed cell foam at all sloped roof attic areas, build it cabinetry at bedrooms, and more.

Such a refresh and update that its hard to tell where we stopped and tied in.
